Suitcase Vault is a local-only application. All data you enter into the App, including documents, scans, passwords, payment details, and travel plans, is stored exclusively on your device's internal storage.

We do not maintain any servers and do not have access to your data.

No Data Collection

We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information, usage statistics, or crash reports. The App does not contain any analytics or tracking software.

Permissions

Camera: Used solely for the document scanning feature through Google Play Services.
Biometrics: Used solely for local authentication to unlock your vault.
Notifications: Used to provide reminders for bills or trips.
Storage: Used to store your scanned documents within the App's private directory.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the Google Play Services ML Kit Document Scanner API. This service is governed by Google's privacy policy. No data from the scanner is sent to us.

Data Security

Your data is protected by your device's hardware security and local encryption. Use of biometrics and a master PIN is encouraged to prevent unauthorized local access.
